Effective date: 5 August 2026
This page sets out when Mythwrites refunds a subscription charge and how the money comes back. It restates the refund rules from our Terms of Service, which remain the governing agreement.
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged anything during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged at all. The first charge happens only when the trial runs out, and we show you that date at checkout.
If you are unhappy in the first 7 days after your first charge on a plan, email support@mythwrites.com and we will refund that charge in full. There are no conditions about how much you used the service.
Monthly charges are not refundable in part. Cancelling mid-month stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. We will always refund a charge that was taken in error, or one taken after you asked us to cancel.
Paddle is our merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt, and makes the refund. When you ask us for a refund, we do our part within 3 working days of your email and ask Paddle to return the money to the payment method you used. How long it then takes to reach your account is between Paddle and your bank, so we do not promise a date for that last step. You can also ask Paddle for a refund directly under its buyer terms, which you accepted at checkout.
Nothing on this page cuts down any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian consumer law. If that law gives you a better outcome than this policy, the law wins.
For refunds and anything about billing, write to support@mythwrites.com. Include the email address on your account so we can find the subscription.
